Our leasing agents are trained to be the best - each agent is a top closer. They meet the ideal Sales Personality Profile. Each agent is intensively trained, with skills proven in the field. Our leasing agent will work at your office 7 days a week to lease every qualified prospect. Upon arrival, the Agent will spend the first two days becoming familiar with your property(s) and your competition. Then we begin renting - FAST! On your site we strictly adhere to your policies, procedures, paperwork and standards throughout the contract period. You approve the prospective resident.

Innovative Marketing Campaign
We assist the Client in designing the advertisements for their property which will target the specific vacancies and eliminate them. The advertisements may include classified ads for newspapers, colour ads for apartment guides such as Renters News or 24-hour Find-a-Rental, Internet ads, corporate marketing or possibly flyers and special mail outs. This process may also be done in conjunction with a 9-point Marketing Plan.
In-House Sales Training Program
DALA will assist our Clients in the training of their leasing staff whether it is a full week’s sales training (covering all topics) or a half day training on a specific subject.
Training topics include (but are not limited to):
- Telephone Techniques - qualify the prospective client, sharpen & simplify the message;
- Features & Benefits – how to identify features & benefits of an apartment community and use them effectively to sell unit;
- Overcoming Objections – a look at common objections in the sales process and how to overcome them;
- Closing Techniques – learn why agents do not close.
- Documentation – How to complete daily/weekly/monthly site traffic reports.
- Marketing & Advertising – a brief look at effective advertisements, curb appeal, signage, etc.
- Client Retention – learn different techniques for retaining clients.
Centralized Leasing Operations
DALA can assist you in the establishment of a centralized Call Centre. Our input can cover everything from the layout, phone system, computers, reports, manuals and training of the staff.
Operation Manuals
DALA has created manuals to cover all steps of the rental process and we can personalize these manuals to meet our Client's needs.
