Our Contract Leasing department manages and executes leasing contracts which includes providing staffing, training, marketing strategies and managing performance at client sites.
Mystery Shopping
The Mystery Shopping department coordinates the recruiting, training, assigning and reporting of the Mystery Shoppers as well as being the liaison with the client, recommending areas of improvement such as training, further shops, etc.
Marketing
Our Marketing department arranges and coordinates the corporate marketing of DALA and its portfolio of products and services. The marketing program includes, but is not limited to, newsletters, brochures, articles, direct mailings, participation at industry trade shows and speaking engagements.
Sales
The professional sales team manages the sale of DALA’s portfolio of products & services such as the Accelerated Cash Flow Program™, the Fast Lease-up Program™ and Hidden Value Market Survey™.
