Our seminars are exciting and interactive as we focus on real-life situations and "role-playing".  We assign homework before the seminar to prepare your staff for the training and again after the seminar to reinforce what we have taught.

Training:  Seminars & Training for the Multi-Residential Professional

DALA's targeted training programs and customized seminars offer owners and managers powerful and effective strategies for leasing their apartments in any market.  Packages are offered in both long term and short term contracts and can be customized to meet the specific needs  of the property.

A seminar format is used when there is a large group of people (more than 12).  This format can be done on a full day or half day basis depending on your staff's availability.  In order to provide your staff with information on multiple topics, seminars can be split up over a number of days or weeks.

Training programs are geared to a more personal one-on-one type training where role-playing is an essential element, usually with groups of 15 or fewer attendees.  Training programs can be created to cover specific topics related to your staff needs and can be done on a half day, full day, 3 day or 5 day platform.  For example, our Leasing Agent Training Program is an intense 5 day program in which there is a considerable amount of role-playing and homework involved.

Mystery Shopping can also be utilized in conjunction with training.  Attendees can be shopped prior to training to determine in what areas training is required and again approximately three (3) weeks after training to ensure your staff have retained and are using the knowledge they have learned.
